At The Trauma Clinic, my philosophy is to meet you with compassion and kindness, gently guiding you towards recovery and happiness. I specialise in this area, using techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), somatic psychology and variations of EMDR, all non-invasion and highly effective for treating anxiety, negative thinking, depression, PTSD and CPTSD recovery.
